Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead DEIB Initiatives: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the organization.
  2. Implement ESG Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve ESG objectives, aligning them with business goals.
  3. Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships with external organizations to support DEIB and ESG initiatives.
  4. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Talent, People, and broader business teams to deliver DEIB and ESG initiatives.
