Client Success Lead

Join Inside Global, a leading agency for B2B tech companies, and take on the role of Client Success Lead.
We're seeking a talented individual to drive client satisfaction and retention through effective programme management and campaign delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Project manage campaigns from set-up to renewal and growth
- • Manage daily client contact via phone and email
- • Create campaign status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- • Attend weekly calls, monthly insights, quarterly reviews, and project launch meetings
- • Liaise with Client Success Administrators, Account Directors, and Co-Founders
- • Work with the service delivery team to provide client services
- • Review and feedback on work accuracy prior to client-facing delivery
- • Understand client objectives, internal marketing and sales strategy, and plans
- • Retain 100% of clients through consistent project management and effective programme delivery
- • Proactively communicate client success and areas for improvement
- • Assist with commercial conversations and actions
- • Escalate big upsell opportunities to Account Directors and Co-Founders
Requirements:

- Experience in B2B tech or sales development industry desirable but not necessary
