Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Head of Workforce Planning and Development to join our client's team in London. This is a permanent role offering a salary of approximately £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of leading workforce planning in a large, complex organisation, ideally within the NHS. They must also have experience in holding corporate responsibility for Workforce Systems and services at a Head of level or higher.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that meet the needs of the organisation. You will also provide expert advice and guidance to senior stakeholders and ensure that the organisation has the right people in place to deliver its vision.
