Account Growth Strategist

At Salesforce, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team. As an Account Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth within assigned accounts. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to deliver results and drive growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience
  • Account planning strategies: create account plans to retain and grow ACV (Actual Contract Value) with existing accounts
  • Customer communication: interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools
  • Team selling: align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success
  • Sales methodology education
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances
  • Ability to work with multiple internal teams, govern, inspire, and leverage resources to align with account objectives
