We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team at Moston. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy and securing top talent for our clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition and management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates, utilizing your knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Negotiate salary packages and employment terms, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer acceptance, providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the recruitment team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of successful placements and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a proven track record of securing top talent for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of clients and candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to drive recruitment success.
