Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Search Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing search strategies, building relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute search strategies to identify and attract top talent for our clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and success.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit for client roles.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of search processes and delivery of results.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.
  • Hit sales targets in terms of fulfilled business (revenue) to contribute to the company's success.
