Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Search Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client companies to understand their talent acquisition needs and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to identify top talent that meets our clients' requirements.
  • Implement searches using internal and external methods to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure paperwork, administration, and invoicing are handled correctly.
  • Actively search for new candidates and collect and review applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Contact applicants' nominated referees to ascertain their work ethic and experience.
  • Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates.
  • Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
  • Actively seek to grow company business by partnering with new clients.
  • Hit sales targets in terms of fulfilled business (revenue).
