Job Title: Executive Search Consultant
Location: Dubai (After 3-6 months of training in our Leeds office, with fully paid accommodation)
Overview: Our company, My Recruitment Career, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, we are looking for someone who is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients.
We're Seeking:
- Talented individuals with a strong background in recruitment or a related field.
- Individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Results-driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Training: You will receive comprehensive training from our in-house Learning and Development team, including a combination of on-the-job training, One-2-One sessions, custom E-learning resources, and classroom-based learning. With guidance from industry-leading professionals, you will have the opportunity to progress from your initial role to managing your own business unit as a Managing Director.
