About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Risk and Compliance Executive to join our dynamic team at Blusource Professional Services Ltd. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our firm's regulatory and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Risk Teams to address client due diligence, conflicts of interest, and other risk-related issues.
  • Engage with various stakeholders across the firm, including partners and legal professionals, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct and review Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk assessments, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Manage and update claims and complaints databases, ensuring prompt communication with legal teams.
  • Ensure the completion of all tasks with precision, upholding our firm's commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a risk, compliance, or conflicts role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while working both independently and within a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £30,000.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including a minimum of two days per week in the office.
