Strategic Enterprise Account Development Lead

At Walker Lovell, we're on the hunt for a talented Strategic Enterprise Account Development Lead to join our team and take ownership of driving growth with our high-value enterprise clients.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in commodity intelligence or related industries who can build transformational partnerships and drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS Develop strategic relationships with clients to ensure their long-term commercial success by providing them with tailored solutions.
- Sales Productivity MAXIMIZE sales productivity by engaging dynamically with clients around their needs and priorities, strategically driving new business pipelines.
- Client Workflow Understand client workflow—how their data and information are procured, disseminated, and consumed, and the measurable impact on their business.
- Growth Initiatives Engage with strategic growth initiatives to provide benefits to clients and colleagues.
- Thought Leadership Demonstrate innovative and progressive thought in company meetings and sales team cadences to foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Consultative sales and negotiation skills with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Proven leadership in managing multinational global accounts.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Competent with reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
