Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Global Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role reports directly to the Director of Global Enterprise Accounts and focuses on managing relationships with key enterprise education accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and protect a portfolio of Flywire's Global Enterprise Accounts in the UK/Europe.
  • Gather a deep understanding of clients' goals at an organizational, departmental, and individual level and document them in strategic account plans.
  • Project manage strategic account plans and execute initiatives to achieve clients' business goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify win-win solutions that meet their business objectives while generating value for Flywire.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of clients' operations, including student lifecycle and payer journey.
  • Lead an internal account team and ensure alignment on client objectives.
  • Provide expertise to leadership on the UK/European market and identify new growth opportunities in the region.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise client/account management or sales, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Experience in consultative sales, with the ability to build rapport quickly, diagnose business problems, and meet specific customer needs.
  • A natural project manager, comfortable coordinating plans, people, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and willingness to travel 25% of the time.
