Enterprise Account Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our ideal target clients, driving sales growth, and exceeding commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage long-term partnerships with top-tier brands
- Increase renewal rates and drive new business growth
- Manage relationships with account users to ensure high product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Identify and lead up-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer engagement
- Fluency in French
- Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience in customer-facing roles (SaaS background preferred)
- Experience working with Enterprise accounts and digital marketing solutions
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and resolve customer issues
- Experience in client-direct sales and/or account management, with a proven track record of success in consultative sales processes
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues and business partners across the company
