L.E.K. European Commercial Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented European Commercial Operations Manager to join our team in London. This role requires a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a strategy consulting environment or a closely related organization, with a proven track record of high performance across analytical/technical capabilities and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial functions: Reporting and analyzing outcomes, streamlining business processes, and enabling stakeholder communication.
  • Perform business performance reporting: Focus on pipeline and sales conversion analysis, sector revenue performance vs. budgets, and revenue mix analysis by sector, service line, client segment, and geography.
  • Conduct pricing analysis: Support the deployment of pricing strategies, including strategic discounting, client acquisition, and client value analysis.
  • Drive digital enablement: Optimize enterprise software and data assets, and deploy generative AI and ML to improve processes and reveal insights.
  • Cordinate go-to-market activities: Coordinating in critical areas such as private equity, new service lines, and geographic expansion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a strategy consulting environment or equivalent.
  • High degree of commercial acumen and experience working on high-stakes strategic and organizational issues.
  • Excellent quantitative analytics skills, including fluency in Excel and experience with advanced analytics platforms.
  • Masterful MS Office skills, particularly in developing presentations for C- and Board-level audiences.

Compensation Package:

This role offers an estimated salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is based in our London office.
