Job Title: European Commercial Operations Manager - Strategic Business Partner


About the Role:


We are seeking an exceptional European Commercial Operations Manager to join our London office. This role will be a critical member of our European Commercial Team, driving revenue growth and delivering strategic business objectives.


About the Job:



  • Commercial Operations: Provide operational support for all commercial functions, including business performance reporting, pricing analysis, digital enablement, key account management, and synthesis of market sentiment and business intelligence.
  • Business Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on pipeline and sales conversion analysis, sector revenue performance vs. budgets, revenue mix analysis by sector, service line, client segment, and geography.
  • Pricing Strategy: Support the deployment of pricing strategies, including strategic discounting, client acquisition, and client value analysis.
  • Digital Enablement: Optimize enterprise software and data assets, and deploy generative AI and ML to improve processes and reveal insights.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain complex strategic relationship frameworks and loyalty programs, and coordinate client listening initiatives.
  • Market Sentiment and Business Intelligence: Synthesize market sentiment and business intelligence to protect clients and mitigate risk for the European Regional Management Committee, European and local office Commercial Planning Groups, global pricing initiative, Sustainability Centre of Excellence, and global Business Development Steering Committee.

Requirements:



  • High Commercial Acumen: High degree of commercial acumen and experience working on high-stakes strategic and organizational issues.
  • Quantitative Analytics: Excellent quantitative analytics skills, including high fluency in Excel, and experience with advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx).
  • MS Office Skills: Masterful MS Office skills, with a particular ability to develop presentations for C- and Board-level audiences.
  • Enterprise Software Platforms: Ability to develop rapid fluency in relevant enterprise software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint) and other applications in the commercial/finance/marketing tech-stack.
