Internal Sales Business Development Specialist

About Our Client
Glen Callum Associates has partnered with a leading provider of workshop consumables, seeking to expand its presence across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO sectors. We aim to strengthen our UK sales team with two highly motivated Internal Sales Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and customer support processes.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- £32,000 - £38,000 per annum + Performance-Related Bonus + Comprehensive Pension Scheme.
