We are seeking two highly motivated individuals to join our UK sales team as Internal Sales Account Managers, supporting the delivery and development of c class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes across vertical markets in Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO space.

Job Title: Internal Sales Account Manager - Key Account Support

Location: Coventry, Nuneaton, Leicester, Hinckley, Tamworth

Estimated Salary: £30k + Bonus + Pension (circa)

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our UK sales team. As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences, working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless account management. You will develop strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service and effective communication.

You will identify opportunities to increase average order values and incremental sales, utilizing your knowledge and experience of supporting field sales-based functions. You will set up and onboard new customers for a smooth and seamless customer experience, utilizing IT literacy in presentation packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of supporting a field sales-based function and customer service skills.
  • Ability to take and process orders while building customer relationships.
  • 1st class customer service skills with a possible long-term ambition to move into a field-based sales role over time.
