We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Associate to join our dynamic team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success and exceeding personal and departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers when needed
  • Assist in implementing strategic sales initiatives
  • Deliver accurate quarterly sales forecasts
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track progress and opportunities
  • Develop and nurture new and existing accounts
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with customers
  • Prepare and deliver quotations promptly and professionally

Requirements for the Sales Development Associate:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • A background in customer relations with a passion for excellent service
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Proficiency in IT and CRM systems
  • A track record in account management and sales
  • A proactive attitude that aligns with our company values and business plan

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, based on location and experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Flexible working hours between 8:15 AM and 4:30 PM
