SaaS Sales and Business Development Role

Main Responsibilities

* Identify and qualify new business opportunities via inbound leads, emails, and networking. Use your expertise to build relationships with potential customers and drive revenue growth in your target market.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to engage potential customers, with a focus on driving revenue and growth in your target market. Utilize your knowledge of the SaaS industry to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
* Lead product demos and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS platform to prospects. Use your excellent communication skills to convey complex software solutions in a simple and compelling way.
* Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders to close high-value deals.
* Manage a full sales pipeline, from initial lead through to closed deal. Use CRM tools to track progress and forecast sales performance. Analyze data to optimize your sales strategy and achieve success.

Necessary Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with a proven track record in SaaS sales, business development, or similar sales roles. The ideal candidate should have:
* Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in SaaS sales, business development, or similar sales roles. Demonstrate a track record of successfully driving new business, exceeding sales targets, and closing deals in a SaaS or technology environment.
* Strong Sales Acumen: A strong understanding of the SaaS industry and its trends. Be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
* Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex software solutions in a simple and compelling way. Build rapport with potential customers and establish trust to close deals.
* Relationship Builder: A passion for building and nurturing relationships, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and close high-value deals. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
* Self-Starter: Motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Adapt to changing situations and priorities to achieve success.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems and an understanding of SaaS products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive.

Remuneration: The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000, based on location and experience.
