Glen Callum Associates is looking for skilled professionals to join their UK sales team, focusing on delivering c class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes to vertical markets in Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO space.
Internal Sales Account Manager - Key Account Support:
This exciting opportunity requires someone with strong customer service skills and experience in supporting field sales functions. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of supporting internal sales teams and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities to increase sales.
The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality customer experiences, setting up new customers for success and ensuring seamless account management. They will utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and develop c class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes to vertical markets.
- Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
- Identify opportunities to increase average order values and incremental sales.
- Set up and onboard new customers for a smooth and seamless customer experience.
- Utilise IT literacy in presentation packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
Salary and Benefits:
