Sales and Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join our team at SolviT Recruitment Ltd. As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the team to ensure seamless communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Aftersales
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Motor trade experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
- A paid permanent position from day one
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm
Estimated Salary Range£35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
