Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Duties:

  • Process payroll duties, including annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly payrolls.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for payroll and financial operations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • GCSE English & Maths (Grade C or above).
  • Proficient in using payroll software and accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
