Payroll Coordinator Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Main Duties:
- Process payroll duties, including annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly payrolls.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Assist with month-end processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain procedures for payroll and financial operations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Necessary Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C or above).
- Proficient in using payroll software and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
