About the Role

This position involves supporting HR administration, including payroll processing, onboarding compliance, inductions, probationary reviews, and maintaining employee records.

  • Administering payroll processing, including expense claims, overtime, changes to working patterns, and salary reviews.
  • Producing salary review letters.
  • Managing compliance for onboarding candidates, undertaking pre-employment checks, and ensuring documentation is completed as per the Recruitment policy.
  • Supporting the coordination of the probationary review process, assisting with internal communications, and administering probation outcome letters.
  • Maintaining the HR database, updating employee records, and ensuring compliance are up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will have experience using MS Office packages, particularly Excel. This role is suitable for someone eager to learn HR practices, with no specific qualifications required.
