Job Description

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage various financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Tasks:

  • Process payroll duties, including annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly payrolls.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, highlighting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain procedures for payroll and financial operations.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • GCSE English & Maths (Grade C or above).
  • Proficient in using payroll software and accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
