HR Manager - Kent

Our client, a prominent manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join their UK office in Canterbury. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing the HR function within the organisation.

As the primary point of contact for business leaders and line management, you will provide expert advice on a variety of people solutions, including appraisals and performance management. You will oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business needs, and develop and update HR policies to support broader business objectives.

You will champion continuous improvement in Diversity & Inclusion, risk management, and safeguarding practices, and lead employee relations cases as necessary. Strong analytical skills are required, capable of extracting and interpreting crucial data for reporting. Additionally, you will continuously evaluate Employee Reward and Wellbeing programs to maximize their benefit to the workforce.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000pa (DOE) and a range of benefits.
