Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the school's goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers and educators to create engaging experiences for students.
  • Design and deliver interactive content, including presentations, videos, and webinars.
  • Promote the University of Kent's Medical School through various channels, emphasizing its unique strengths and opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and community organizations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless event planning and execution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Education.
  • Significant experience in event management, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: £30,487 - £33,966 per annum (estimated salary).
  • A generous benefits package, including 43 days' leave per year and access to professional development opportunities.
