KSV is a leading educational institution dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences for young children. We are seeking an highly motivated and skilled Academic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs, ensuring they have access to equal opportunities and resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum initiatives that promote student engagement and academic excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or EYFS setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer languages.
- Familiarity with School Management Information Systems and Microsoft Office.
