Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Canterbury.
This role will involve providing individualized support to students with varied learning needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties.
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to support students' academic and personal growth
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support for students
- Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable
- A calm and empathetic demeanor when interacting with students
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and training
- A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
- Access to reliable transportation for commuting to school
- The annual salary for this role is between £25,000 and £32,000
