Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mentorship and Learning Coach to join our team at Beacon Support Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) in higher education settings.

About the Role:
The position offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate of £35-£45 per hour, along with a generous holiday entitlement and ongoing training opportunities. You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students, helping them develop learning strategies and become independent learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with ASC.
  • Collaborate with students to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a teaching qualification and relevant degree or postgraduate certification in Autism or Disability. You should have experience working with students with ASC and possess an in-depth knowledge of autistic thinking and learning.
