About the Role:

A Teaching and Learning Specialist opportunity has arisen at Ashford College.

This is a temporary position for 18 hours a week, working until 01 June 2025, with a pro-rata salary from £16,896 up to £18,529 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lecturer of Construction, Design, Planning and Surveying, you will teach, train and assess students, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.

You will provide support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential and lead designated study programmes and/or courses.

Ongoing training and coaching will be provided through our Teacher Academy, including digital skills support.
