**Mentoring and Coaching Role**

Kingslea School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced teacher to join our Te Oranga team as a mentor and coach.

The successful candidate will work closely with students who have been disengaged from education and provide individualised support to help them re-engage with learning.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualised support to students who have been disengaged from education
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to develop learning plans that meet the needs of each student
  • To engage and inspire students to reach their potential in education

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A teaching qualification and current registration with the New Zealand Teachers Council
  • Experience working with students who have been disengaged from education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
