Family Education Coordinator

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children? Do you have experience working with families with young children? We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a HIPPY Programme Coordinator in Kaikoura.
Job OverviewThe HIPPY Programme Coordinator will be responsible for delivering the HIPPY Programme to families in the Kaikoura area. This will involve engaging and enrolling families in the programme, facilitating transition to ECE or school, and recruiting, training and supporting tutors.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver the HIPPY Programme in accordance with the Whānau In-Home Learning Agreement and the HIPPY Delivery Manual
- Ensure effective programme implementation through regular communication with the Regional Manager
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and community members
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working with families with young children
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a home-based setting
- Current full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
