Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating patient pathways and ensuring the smooth operation of our 365-day-a-year service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities across all hospitals within East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including minute taking and IT skills
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience working with the public and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of hospital-based IT systems, including Allscripts, and basic Excel skills
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
