Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Learning Environment Coordinator to support our teaching staff in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

Duties:

  1. Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and educational materials.
  2. Provide individualized support to students to address learning gaps and promote academic achievement.
  3. Assist in managing classroom behavior and logistics to maintain a productive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for education.
