Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Professional to join our team at Junior Adventures Group, providing engaging programs for primary-age children.
About the Role- Design and facilitate child-centered programs with STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, community groups, and schools to ensure a supportive environment.
- Work across afternoon shifts (Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 6:00pm) supporting our operating hours and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Provide high-quality care for children aged 5-12 years, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- A collaborative work environment with a dedicated Coordinator.
