Student Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Student Experience Coordinator to support the delivery of a wide range of internal and external events at the University of Kent. This role will focus on recruiting students from across the UK and internationally, with a particular emphasis on attracting students traditionally less well represented in medicine.
The successful candidate will develop, coordinate, and evaluate targeted recruitment activities to deliver on the school's marketing and recruitment strategy. The post holder will attend and deliver various recruitment activities in the UK, mainly in the South East.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Marketing, Outreach, and Engagement Manager to develop and implement a recruitment strategy.
- Deliver high-profile recruitment events, including KMMS Open Days, Offer Holder Days, and Multi-station Mini Interviews.
- Estimated salary: £30,487 - £33,966 per annum.
- Hybrid working options allowing a flexible blend of office and home working.
- 43 days' leave per year (personal leave, bank holidays, and additional days allocated for the Christmas period).
