Sudima Kaikōura is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key player in our operations department, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing restaurant staff, and driving sales growth.

We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably with previous supervisor experience. You'll need excellent communication skills, knowledge of the Sale of Liquor Act, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the restaurant team, manage staff, and maintain high standards of service
  • Manage inventory, track costs, and balance the cash register
  • Develop relationships with suppliers, ensure client satisfaction, and report maintenance needs
