About the Job

This Seasonal Team Leader position is a key role within our Guest Services team at Mt Hutt. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, leading a team, and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Your duties will include rostering and scheduling staff, finding ways to support team wellbeing, and training front-line staff. You will also be responsible for processing sales, responding to enquiries, and operating the Point of Sale till system.

We are looking for a skilled leader with 2+ years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Estimated salary: $29-$32 per hour, minimum 30 hours per week.
