Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. Key responsibilities include account payable management, processing invoices, dealing with payment inquiries, posting/reviewing/approving invoices and credit notes, and ensuring they're coded correctly.

Additional duties include completing account reconciliations to review and clear the balance sheet account, reviewing the profit and loss statement, and maintaining documentation for analytical review and audit.

You will work closely with financial and non-financial colleagues to support the finance reporting team and provide cover across the wider finance team during absences and peak periods.

Requirements
  • AAT Accountant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
