The Role:

As a Financial Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing project finances, including preparing financial reports, tracking project expenditures, and conducting site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including interim valuations and final accounts.
  • Track project expenditures and variations, maintaining accurate financial forecasts.
  • Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage procurement processes, including tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and subcontractor management.
  • Provide commercial advice and assist with contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

What We Offer:

A salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have expertise in finance, accounting, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.
