Location: Canterbury

Salary: OTE £34k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, industrious and experienced Block Manager to join an established Residential and Commercial Property Management company with offices in the Canterbury area.

This role involves managing all aspects of the portfolio of developments across the Canterbury / Kent area: you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of each property, which includes but not limited to maintenance coordination, insurance claims, leases, inspections, AGM’s and meetings with Management Committee members.

You will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise, have outstanding customer service skills; you will have a positive and mature outlook and take pride in your work.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience as a Block Manager although the company may consider a candidate from a Residential Property Management background if they can demonstrate a transferable skill set and have some knowledge of Block Management.  This could be a great opportunity for career change / development

Previous Block Management experience

High level of customer service skills

Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
