We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our team in Canterbury.

This role will involve providing secretarial and administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of our offices across Sussex and Kent.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for internal and external clients, requiring excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to maintain accurate records, prepare documents, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

The role is based on-site at our Canterbury office, working Monday to Friday (8:30am till 5pm).

Responsibilities:
  • Typing and filing of letters to clients in accordance with our procedures
  • Generating and sending engagement letters to clients via the portal if requested
  • Working on merge projects, such as Tax info requests and P11D
  • Printing bills and sending them to clients
  • Assisting with Land Registry searches
  • Providing reception duties cover
  • Completing new client forms
  • Assisting with proposals for new clients
  • Organizing events as requested
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Excellent team player with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Prior administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Estimated Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum
