We're on a mission to create exceptional sourdough and pastries in Canterbury. As our Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

With a growing team of over 60 staff members working around the clock, we need someone who can provide administrative support to our management team and department heads. This includes tasks such as chasing late payments, emailing suppliers, and sending meeting minutes.

As an Office Manager at Tangram, you'll be responsible for maintaining our daily bookkeeping functions, including bank reconciliations, customer and supplier invoices, cashflow forecasts, payroll, wage allocations, PAYE returns, and GST filing. You'll also provide administrative support to our management team and department heads.

Our ideal candidate is confident, accurate, conscientious, and composed, with excellent communication skills. If you're a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
