**About the Role:**
We are seeking an Industry Placement Coordinator to join our team at Ashford College. As an Industry Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating bespoke industry work placement opportunities for students. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and help them achieve their full potential.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or experience of working in a relevant sector. You should also be highly organised and able to prioritise work while applying a flexible and responsive approach to work demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create bespoke industry work placement opportunities for students
- Secure and monitor work placements for students in a variety of areas
- Engage with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to assess their skills and provide support needed for their development
