Job Description: Support Worker for Severe SEN Students
Location: Canterbury and surrounding areas
Estimated Salary: £8.33 per hour
This role involves working with primary and secondary-aged students with severe Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with severe SEN, including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex behavioural challenges
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to meet individual student needs
- Assisting class teachers with lesson planning and delivery
