Educational Support Worker for Children with SEN

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Support Worker for Children with SEN to join our team at a school in Canterbury.
This role involves providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, working closely with students who have various learning needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting students' social and emotional development
- Providing tailored support to help students access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals
- Experience working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young people
- A willingness to engage in professional development and training
- A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per year
