About the Position: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Assistant to join our team at GSL Education in Kent. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity that requires you to provide individualized support to students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of students with SEN and be able to provide tailored support to meet those needs. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain accurate records of student progress

What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience working with students with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
