Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant KS2 team in Canterbury, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a dynamic primary school environment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting, and a passion for education and supporting children's learning. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to KS2 students, providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help, and helping prepare classroom materials and resources. You will also support students with special educational needs and adapt activities to ensure they can access the curriculum, participate in school events, trips, and extra-curricular activities, and maintain accurate records of student progress.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check which must be maintained throughout the period of employment and meet Safer Recruitment standards.
