Roster Management Specialist

Annual Salary: NZD 60,000 - NZD 75,000

Overview

The Florence Nightingale Agency is seeking a Roster Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Flexible Disability Support Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating placements, managing rosters and schedules, and liaising with recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective roster management systems to ensure timely and accurate support for clients.
  2. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and select suitable candidates for client roles.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding roster changes and updates.
  4. Provide administrative support to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  5. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored support solutions.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of roster management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
