Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

The New Appointments Group is seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to oversee organisational arrangements for essential services within supported accommodation and offices with a focus on building safety.

This role involves managing performance and risk, ensuring strong and effective partnerships with approved contractors and suppliers. The successful candidate will contribute to the organisation's asset management strategy, ensuring sites are safe, secure, and welcoming for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance service delivery, focusing on quality and efficiency
  • Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, prioritising tasks and deadlines
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, developing quality assurance structures and systems
