The Role:

You will be responsible for leading clients and colleagues, developing business strategies, and driving a high-performance culture. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to negotiate creative outcomes and showcase your experience in managing land for various objectives.

Key Requirements:

  1. Experience in land management, including food production, diversified business use, private enjoyment, environmental, and sustainable objectives.
  2. Strong business acumen and ability to develop business development strategies.
  3. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate creative outcomes.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performance team.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
